From a brand-new custom home to a roof, a re-side or a second floor over the house you already own, JC and Son handles the work from start to finish, for houses and for commercial buildings.
Custom-built homes
Our specialty. We build new homes from the framing up, through the roof, the siding and the finished front walk.
Roofing
Tear-offs, new decking and shingle roofs for houses, plus flat and mansard roofs for commercial buildings.
Siding
Full re-sides done properly: house wrap first, then new siding and trim that change how the whole house looks.
Windows
Replacement windows installed and trimmed out, on their own or as part of a siding project.
Extensions & second stories
Second-story additions, dormers and rear extensions that add the room your family needs without moving.

From first call to final walkthrough.
Step 1: Call or send the form
Tell us what you have in mind, from a roof repair to a new house. The office is open seven days a week.
Step 2: We visit the property
We look at the house or building, take measurements and talk through what you want done.
Step 3: Go over the estimate
We walk you through the scope of work and the price before anything is scheduled.
Step 4: We build it
Our crew does the work, keeps the site in order and walks the finished job with you.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. JC and Son General Contractors, Inc. is licensed and insured. Ask for current certificates when we visit your property.
What areas do you work in?
We are based on Hempstead Turnpike in Franklin Square and serve all of Nassau County, Suffolk County and New York City.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. No job is too big or too small, from a window replacement or a roof repair to a new custom home.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We handle residential and commercial work, including flat roofs, mansard roofs and storefront facades.
When can I reach you?
Monday through Saturday 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. Other times are available by appointment.
